Dean Allen, Chief Executive Officer
Dean has more than 30 years experience in the design, construction, and real estate industries of the Pacific Northwest. Through his vision as CEO, McKinstry has grown from a mechanical contractor into a comprehensive design, build, operate, and maintain enterprise performing work in 18 states with over 1,600 employees.
Doug Moore, President
Doug has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His areas of specialty include pre-construction services and the strategic integration of design activities, budget models, constructability reviews, early procurement of equipment and building automation systems, and building information models. Doug is McKinstry’s lead mechanical engineer and a passionate advocate for McKinstry’s commitment to sustainability. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Bill Teplicky, Chief Financial Officer
As a 17-year member of McKinstry’s corporate team, Bill's extensive experience in accounting, management, and corporate development has proven instrumental in the company’s success. His duties include setting budgets, plans, and policies while establishing procedures and priorities to implement and maintain approved plans.
David Allen, Executive Vice President
David is responsible for McKinstry’s brand development, managing the company’s strategic positioning, and overseeing its business development, community relations, and client service activities. He is widely respected for helping create McKinstry’s positioning strategy…a strategy that has resulted in the firm’s national reputation as a leader in integrated facility services delivery and engineered clean technology solutions.
Mari Anderson, Vice President Corporate Development
Within McKinstry, Mari is a catalyst for innovative service offerings, strategic initiatives, business unit alignments, and organizational development consistent with maintaining the company’s cultural vision. She is responsible for Corporate Development – including Human Resources, Strategic Initiatives, McKinstry Charitable Foundation, Safety and Risk Management, Talent Management, Labor Relations, Training and Development, and Facility Management.
Ash Awad, Vice President -- Energy and Financial Services
Ash has over 14 years of energy efficiency experience and has been with McKinstry for nine years. Ash’s extensive knowledge of the energy efficiency industry includes systems engineering, evaluation of sustainable ideas, development of alternative financing solutions, and optimizing and securing utility incentives and grants.
Tony Stewart, Vice President – Marketing and Business Development
Tony brings a diverse set of talents to McKinstry. A registered architect in the State of Washington, he has more than 20 years experience in the architectural and construction industries, with expertise in executive management, client relationship building, and strategic marketing and business development.
