Bill Teplicky, Chief Financial Officer

As a 17-year member of McKinstry’s corporate team, Bill's extensive experience in accounting, management, and corporate development has proven instrumental in the company’s success. His duties include setting budgets, plans, and policies while establishing procedures and priorities to implement and maintain approved plans.

Elsa Croonquist, Managing Director

For the past 10 years, Elsa has been a business and marketing consultant helping firms entering emerging markets. At McKinstry, she has been instrumental in the development of the Innovation Center. Elsa is responsible for the operations of the Innovation Center and works closely with clients to ensure that they have the best environment to conduct and grow their business to commercial success. In addition, she is responsible for new client development and is also the liaison between clients and the McKinstry Mentors.

Office Concierge

The office concierge brings a professional level of organization and administration to the McKinstry Innovation Center. In addition to performing receptionist responsibilities, the office concierge will manage basic office functions to support each Innovation Center company with services such as mail, phones and greeting guests.

IT Support

The McKinstry Innovation Center is staffed with a technical support team that will assist with equipment and system needs. The team is located on the McKinstry campus and are available to help keep systems running and are on-call should companies need support.
